Blessed Builders Referral Program Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Blessed Builders Referral Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Referral Rewards:

To be eligible for a gift card, the individual you refer must complete a contracted home remodeling project with Blessed Builders. A “completed project” is defined as the successful conclusion of all contracted work and receipt of full payment by the referred client.
The referrer must be an existing client or a local resident within our service area.

2. Qualified Referrals:

A referral qualifies only after the referred individual has signed a contract for a home remodeling project and the project has been fully completed.
Merely submitting a referral does not automatically qualify for the gift card. The reward will be granted only after the project is completed, and all payments have been received.
A gift card is awarded for each successful referral, with a limit of one gift card per referred client, regardless of project size.

3. Gift Card Distribution:

Upon successful project completion, gift cards will be issued within 3
0 days. The gift card will be sent to the referrer via the contact information provided during the referral submission.
The value of the gift card will vary based on the scope and value of the referred customer’s project. Larger projects will result in higher gift card values, while smaller projects may result in a lower amount.

4. Limitations and Conditions:

Referrals of self, or within the same household, are not eligible.
There is no limit to the number of referrals one can submit. However, each referrer can receive a maximum of [insert number, e.g., “3”] gift cards per calendar year.
Blessed Builders reserves the right to refuse or limit any referral reward if it appears that the program is being abused or manipulated.

5. Changes to the Program:

Blessed Builders reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
Should any changes to the Referral Program occur, Blessed Builders will honor all qualified referrals made prior to the changes.

6. Tax Liability:

The referrer is responsible for any taxes associated with the receipt of the gift card.

7. Disqualification:

Any attempt to manipulate or misuse the referral program, including the submission of fraudulent referrals, will result in disqualification from the program.

8. Agreement to Terms:

By participating in this program, you agree to these terms and conditions, as well as any additional terms specified in the Referral Program Agreement that will be emailed to you upon the successful submission of a referral.
